I trained with Sam for 3 ½ years & as another client has mentioned, this loyalty to him really does speak for itself. His positive attitude & knowledge of training helped me stay focused. No two sessions were ever the same, which meant that I was never bored & always had the right amount of challenge. Sam always tailored my sessions to suit my own personal goals. My main aim was to increase my flexibility & strength so that I remained active & healthy. I’m a firm believer that if you take action now, whatever your age, be it in your teens, 20’s, 30’s etc, then you will reap the rewards in later life. Sam also helped me achieve something that I never thought I would do – running! I have never enjoyed running, especially when at school so I set myself the challenge to run the Race for Life instead of walking & in 2015 I ran the 5K in ½ an hour! It was Sam’s continued support mentally & physically that helped me achieve this. I couldn’t have done it without you Sam & I will always be grateful for that!!
